إن شركة سامسونج الكترونكس ليفانت/ الأردن ذات مسؤولية محدودة Samsung Electronics Levant/Jordan Company Ltd. المسجلة بتاريخ 30/9/2014، تحت رقم 2785 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 4/2/2016، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1504/2016، بأنَّها قد قرَّرت، قبول استقالة السيد Bumsuk Hong من منصبه كمدير مفوَّض لفرع الشركة في لبنان وتعيين السيِّد CHANGSUP LEE كمدير مفوض لهذا الفرع مع منحه منفرداً الصلاحيَّات الوارد ذكرها في القرار الصَّادر بتاريخ 21/12/2015 .
