أن شركة France Telecom Transmission Audiovisuelles Globe Cast Middle East المسجلة بتاريخ 4/10/2000 تحت الرقم 2133 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل). قد صرحت بتاريخ 21/12/2002, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1137/ت, أن رئيس مجلس ادارتها قد اتخذ قرارا في 24/1/2002 باقفال مكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان وبتوكيل المحامين هيام ملاط و/أو جورج ملاط و/أو نبيل ملاط للقيام باسم ولحساب الشركة بجميع المعاملات اللازمة لدى جميع الادارات اللبنانية بغية تحقيق هذا الهدف. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
