ان شركة اريجون ليمتد Aregon Ltd المسجلة بتاريخ 11/11/2000 تحت الرقم 2139 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل). قد صرحت بتاريخ 29/1/2003 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 104/ت, بأنها قررت اقفال مكتبها في بيروت ـ لبنان, ومنحت الأستاذ فادي مغيزل تفويضا لاجراء كافة المعاملات الآيلة إلى ذلك. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
