- في التعديل - ان شركة Soft Drink Services Company المسجلة بتاريخ 21 آب 2000 تحت الرقم 2129 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات - مكتب تمثيل قد صرحت بتاريخ 27/2/2002 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 204/ت ان قرار الجمعية العمومية لشركة Soft Drink Services Company المؤرخ في 19/12/2001 والقاضي بتعيين السيد فيليب حاجي جورجيو Mr. Phlippe Hadji Georgiou وكيلا فعليا لمكتب تمثيل الشركة في بيروت - لبنان والذي يتضمن كافة حقوقه وصلاحياته للقيام بهذه المهمة ما زال ساري المفعول ونافذا لغاية 20 آذار 2003 باستثناء ما اذا انهي بصورة مبكرة باشعار بهذا الامر ترسله الشركة الى الوكيل المذكور.
