ان المجلس الشرعي الاسلامي الاعلى بناء لاحكام المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 18/55 المعدل بالقرار رقم 5 تاريخ 2/3/1967, بناء لاحكام القانون الصادر بتاريخ 28/5/1956, بناء على القرارات السابقة رقم 25/79 ورقم 20/81 ورقم 16/85 ورقم 17/87 الذي مدد ولاية المجلس حتى 24/6/1989, ونظرا لاستمرار الظروف الاستثنائية والامنية في البلاد, بناء على مقتضيات المصلحة الاسلامية العليا. يقرر بالاجماع تمديد ولاية المجلس الشرعي الاسلامي الاعلى لمدة سنتين اعتبارا من 24 حزيران 1989 وحتى 24 حزيران 1991. الرئيس الدكتور سليم الحص
