مادة 16: - بدلا من: "ان السكرتير العام ومديري الدوائر العامة الحاليين يلزمهم في خلال ثلاثة اشهر تبتدىء من تاريخ هذا القرار ان يختاروا: اما التخلي عن مراكزهم بلا تأخر على ان يعاملوا طبقا لاحكام القرار رقم 2868 المؤرخ في 23 كانون الاول سنة 1924 واما قبول احكام هذا النظام" اقرأ: "ان السكرتير العام ومديري الدوائر العامة الحاليين يلزمهم قبل 16 آب سنة 1925 ان يختاروا اما التخلي عن مراكزهم بلا تأخر على ان يعاملوا طبقا لاحكام القرار رقم 2868 المؤرخ في 23 كانون الاول سنة 1924, واما قبول احكام هذا القرار" ذلك بدون تغيير اخر سوى ما ذكر
