مادة 1: تعديلا للمادة الرابعة من القرار رقم 3018 جعل عدد القضاة الملازمين في محكمة- بيروت البدائية عشرة. خمسة منهم لبنانيون وخمسة فرنسويون

مادة 2: يمكن انتداب كل قاض موقتا وبحسب مقتضيات الخدمة لمركز قضائي غير المركز المبين في القرار الصدر بتعيينه. ويجري حاكم دولة لبنان الكبير هذا الانتداب بناء على اقتراح ناظر العدلية بعد استطلاع رأي المدعي العام لدى محكمة التمييز
