الغيت بلدية سرعين منذ تاريخ هذا القرار لانها لم تتمكن من تقرير ميزانية يكون دخلها السنوي 250 ليرة على الاقل وعهد الى نظارة المالية في تصفية حساباتها وفي ايداع ما يزيد عن دخلها في خزينة المالية وسيصدر قرار من الحاكم بناء على اقتراح ناظر الداخلية في تعيين وجوه انفاق تلك الزيادة.
