بناء على القرار رقم 3533 المؤرخ في 15 شباط سنة 1926 الغيت منذ تاريخ هذا القرار بلدية جباع لانها لم تتمكن من تقرير ميزانية يكون دخلها السنوي 250 ليرة على الاقل. وعهد الى نظارة المالية في تصفية حساباتها وفي ايداع ما يفيض من دخلها في خزينة المالية وسيصدر قرار من الحاكم بناء على اقتراح محافظ صيدا في تعيين وجره انفاق تلك الزيادة
