Ansaldo Energia S.P.A المسجلة بتاريخ 13 شباط 1996 تحت رقم 997 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 11/12/2000 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1722/ ت انها قد عينت السيد جيانكارلو دوتا Sig. Giancarlo Dotta ممثلا للشركة في لبنان وذلك بموجب وكالة مؤرخة في 13/10/2000 واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
