بموجب القرار عدد 952 الصادر في 8 نيسان سنة 1927 يجوز ان تمتد احكام القرار عدد 512 الصادر في 15 ايلول سنة 1925 الى جميع الامكنة التي تجري فيها اعمال التحرير والتحديد بقرار من رئيس الدولة بناء على اقتراح الوزير صاحب الصلاحية وبعد اخذ رأي مدير الدوائر العقارية حتى ولو كان المسح القانوني مقررا فيها
