بموجب القرار عدد 1643 الصادر في 2ت 2 سنة 1927 منع تصدير واعادة تصدير جميع انواع الخشب الى خارج الدول المشمولة بالانتداب الفرنساوي (المادة 136 الى آخر المادة 140 من تعريفة الجمارك اللبنانية السورية) وتقع كل مخالفة لهذا المنع تحت طائلة احكام نظام العقوبات الجمركية المعمول به
