ذيل رقم 228 مضاف الى القرار عدد 1865 الصادر في 4 ايلول سنة 1928 بموجب الذيل رقم 228 المضاف الى القرار عدد 1865 الصادر في 4 ايلول سنة 1928 تقرر ما يأتي: يقدم المستوردون الحاصلات المذكورة في المادة الاولى من القرار عدد 1865 هم بذاتهم او تقدمها لهم دائرة الجمارك بناء على طلبهم بشرط ان يدفعوا لها ثمن هذه الحاصلات اذا لم تلجأ الا الى المواد المفسدة التي يقدمها الجمرك فيعفى المستوردون من معاملة تحليل المواد المفروضة عليهم اما اذا استعملت مواد مفسدة لم يقدمها الجمرك فيتوجب اجراء مراقبة المواد المستعملة وتحليل الكحول تحليلا رسميا بعد افساده
