- في التعديل - ان شركة Gestion Caji Ltee بتاريخ 2 حزيران 1997 تحت رقم 1051 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع), قد صرحت بتاريخ 30/04/2001 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 717/ت ان مجلس ادارة الشركة قرر بالاجماع قبول احلال السيد توفيق الياس خليل Mr. Toufic Elias Khalil محل السيد ايلي جورج خليل كمدير عام لها في لبنان مع ذات الحقوق والامتيازات. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
