ان شركة Engineering Business Development, Inc. المسجلة بتاريخ 23/2/1996 تحت الرقم 998 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع) قد صرحت بتاريخ 16/4/2003, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 327/ ت, بأنها قررت إعادة تعيين السيد مصون مالكي كمدير لفرع الشركة في بيروت, وتفويض السيد وجيه مالكي بكافة الصلاحيات الممنوحة للسيد مصون مالكي والمحددة في محضر اجتماع مجلس ادارة الشركة المنعقد بتاريخ 10/4/2003, هذا ويحق للسيد وجيه مالكي توكيل أي شخص للقيام بكل أو بعض الصلاحيات الممنوحة له. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
