­ في التعديل ­ ان شركة Asia Sport Communications Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 13 ايار 2000 تحت الرقم 2113 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ­ فرع قد صرحت بتاريخ 25/4/2002 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 419/ت انه بعد ان تم تعديل اسم الشركة ليصبح "دبليو س.ج آسيا ليمتد "WSG Asia Limited ابتداء من 2/1/2001 اتخذ مديرو الشركة القرارات التالية: 1­ تعديل اسم فرع الشركة في لبنان ليتناسب مع اسم الشركة الام بحيث يصبح اسم الفرع: دبليو س.ج آسيا ليمتد WSG Asia Limited 2­ نقل فرع الشركة من جبل لبنان الى بيروت. 3­ تفويض السيد بيار كاخيا لاستكمال الاجراءات القانونية اللازمةلاتمام عملية نقل الفرع وتغيير الاسم. 4­ يبقى موضوع عصل الشركة كما هو. د­ يعين السيد بيار كاخيا كممثل ومدير للشركة. وذلك استنادا لمحضر اجتماع مديري الشركة بتاريخ 20/12/2001
