بناء على القرار رقم 437 الصادر من وزير الداخلية بتاريخ 21 اذار سنة 1932 انشأت بلدية في قرية كفرسلوان (محافظة جبل لبنان) بلدية تدعى بلدية كفرسلوان اما حدود هذه البلدية الجديدة فان مصلحة الاشغال العامة تعينها وفقا لاحكام المادة 12 من القرار 1208 المؤرخ في 10 اذار سنة 1922
