ان شركة: ام.سي.اي. انترناشينال M.C.A.International B.V. المسجلة بتاريخ 31/8/73 تحت رقم 630 بالتسجيل في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات قد صرحت بتاريخ 8/3/1997 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1566/أ.ت انها قررت بان اسم الشركة M.C.A. International B.V. سيتغير ليصبح باسم Universal Studios International B.V. بالترابط مع تغيير اسم الشركة الام M.C.A. Inc, to Universal Studios Inc واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
