ان شركة: بيبسي كولا انترناشونال ليمتد Pepsi Cola International Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 10/1/1995 تحت رقم 971 بالتسجيل في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات قد صرحت بتاريخ 8/5/1997 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 2954/أ.ت انها قد الغت سند التوكيل المؤرخ في 12/8/1994 المعطى الى السيد محمد الزين وعينت مكانه السيد علي مهنا ليمثل الشركة في الجمهورية اللبنانية واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
