­ في التعديل­ ان شركة بويغ اوف شور Bouyges Offshore S.A المسجلة بتاريخ 27 شباط 1997 تحت رقم 1040 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 13/12/2000 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1771/ت انها قررت اقفال فرع الشركة في لبنان والبدء اعتبارا من شهر حزيران عام 2000 باجراء كافة المعاملات القانونية لذلك. وقد عينت السيد الان موزيه Mr. Alain Muzet ممثلا للشركة مكلفا شطب الفرع في لبنان وتفويضه الصلاحيات اللازمة للقيام بهذا الفرض . واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
