في التعديل ان شركة Credit Commercial France المسجلة بتاريخ 15/02/1994 تحت رقم 947 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات. قد صرحت بتاريخ 08/12/2000 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1714/ت انه بعد ان تم شراء مصرف H.S.B.C قررت الشركة اقفال مكتب التمثيل خاصتها في لبنان اعتبارا من 31 كانون الاول 2000 . واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
