- في التعديل­ ان شركة Societe Internationale de de Telecommunication Aeronautiqueٍ المسجلة بتاريخ 20/04/1954 تحت رقم 189 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات. قد صرحت بتاريخ 19/12/2000 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1799/ت انها قررت انهاء صلاحيات السيد رامي قلعجي بصفته ممثلا لشركة سيتا في لبنان اعتبارا من 14/07/1999 عينت السيد منصور يوسف نصر بصفته المدير الاقليمي للشرق الاوسط للخدمات والعمليات الاقليمية في اوروبا والشرق الاوسط واعطته كافة الصلاحيات للقيام بمهامه المتعلقة بادارة فرع شركة SITAٍ والمكاتب التي تمثل الشركة التي تم تأسيس او التي سيتم تأسيسها في الشرق الاوسط. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
