ان شركة ماريوت انترناشيونال هوتيلز إنك Marriot International Hotels, Inc المسجلة بتاريخ 25/10/1995 تحت رقم 984 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 12/06/1999 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 770/ت انها قررت تعيين الاشخاص التالية اسماؤهم السيد ادوين فوللر Mr.Edwin Fuller والسيد كارل كيلبرغ Mr.Karl Kilberg كمدراء لفرع الشركة في لبنان بدلا من المديرين السابقين السيد سامي ابراهيم والسيد طارق حوا مع منحها الصلاحيات الضرورية لادارة الفرع بصورة فعالة. واشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
