ان شركة The Coral Oil Company Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 07/07/1962 تحت رقم 10 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ­ فرع ­ قد صرحت بتاريخ 17/06/1999 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 806/ت انها قد قبلت وصدقت استقالة الدكتور ادوار سعد وأبرأت ذمته وأنهت مفعول أي تفويض أعطي له سابقا, كما قررت تعيين السيد مصطفى حبيب بنتن Mr.Mustafa Habib Bantan مديرا اداريا للشركة وممثلا لها في لبنان على ان يبدأ مفعول هذا التعيين اعتبارا من 01/01/1999 وذلك بكامل الصلاحيات المتعلقة بهذا المنصب. واشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
