­ في التعديل­ ان شركة Omnium de traitement et de valorization O.T.V المسجلة بتاريخ 19/05/1975 تحت رقم 770 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات­ فرع. قد صرحت بتاريخ 11/07/2001 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1017/ ت, انها قد عينت السيد جوني عبيد Mr.Johnny Obeid مديرا عاما لفرعها في لبنان, ومنحته صلاحيات ليكون مسؤولا عن تطوير نشاط الشركة ضمن النطاق الجغرافي المكلف به وخاصة في لبنان وسوريا والاردن, وذلك بموجب تفويض صلاحيات مؤرخ في 28 ايار 2001, وهذه الصلاحيات ممنوحة للسيد جوني عبيد لمدة سنتين تنتهي على الفور وبدون اية معاملات اخرى في حال انتهاء مهام السيد عبيد لاي سبب كان. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
