­ في التعديل­ ان شركة Shneider Electric Industries S.A المسجلة بتاريخ 24 ايار 1997 تحت رقم 1050 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات­ فرع. قد صرحت بتاريخ 23/07/2001 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1147/ ت انها عينت السيدة سلوى عساف, من الجنسية اللبنانية, بمنصب المسؤول عن فرع شركة Shneider Electric Industries S.A في لبنان مع منحها صلاحية القيام بالعمليات الضرورية لنشاط هذا الفرع. لا يشمل هذا التوكيل حق تفويض الغير, ويبقى ساري المفعول حتى 30 نيسان واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
