ان شركة دلتا للتأمين المساهمة المحدودة المسجلة بتاريخ 21/9/1993 تحت رقم 46/أ.ت في سجل مصلحة شؤون هيئات الضمان قد صرحت بتاريخ 18/7/1997 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 5184 أ.ت عن رغبتها بتعيين السيد فتحي جورج انطوان قستاكي سابا ممثلا قانونيا جديدا للشركة المستدعية, وقد تم اعتماده بموجب قرار وزير الاقتصاد والتجارة رقم 86/1/أ.ت تاريخ 9/7/1997 واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
