ان شركة اميركان اكسبرس انترناشونال انك American Express International Inc المسجلة بتاريخ 27/1/1984 تحت رقم 906 بالتسجيل في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات قد صرحت بتاريخ 12/12/1996 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 7191/أ.ت انها عينت السيد بول شيفي Mr. Paul Chivi كممثلا لها ومديرا لمكتبها التمثيلي في بيروت منذ اول اب 1995 من اجل توفير الخدمات والاستشارات لزبائنها في لبنان وسوريا والاردن وفي الوقت نفسه تلغى وظيفة الممثل السابق السيد غسان قدورة واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر
