أن شركة Bank gesellschaft Berlin AG المسجلة بتاريخ 7/10/2000 تحت رقم 2134 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ مكتب تمثيل ـ, قد صرحت بتاريخ 16/5/2003, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 409/ت, بأنها قررت إغلاق المكتب التمثيلي التابع لها في لبنان بنهاية العام 2002, وتحقيقا لهذه الغاية فقد عينت السيد Alexis Nassan بموجب توكيل مؤرخ في 17/3/2003. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
