في التعديل ان شركة الف اكيتان غاز انترناسيونال Elf Aquitaine Gaz international المسجلة بتاريخ 16 تموز 1198 تحت الرقم 2016 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل), قد صرحت بتاريخ 28/08/2001 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1379/ ت انه قد جرى تغيير اسم الشركة ومركزها, وذلك بموجب محضر الجمعية العمومية المختلطة العادية وغير العادية المنعقدة بتاريخ 14 ايار 2001, بحيث اصبح اسم الشركة الجديد: TotalfinaElf Gas & Power International وبحيث اصبح مركزها الجديد في : Place 2 de la Coupole - La Defense 6 -92400 Courbevoie واشعارا ذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
