في التعديل ان شركة النصر للتصدير والاستيراد المسجلة بتاريخ 21 تموز 1966 تحت الرقم 394 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع), قد صرحت بتاريخ 24/08/2001 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1361/ ت انهاء قررت ندب السيد محمد عبد الله حافظ خميس , مديرا مسؤولا لفرع الشركة في لبنان وممثلا لها, وله حق التوقيع منفردا عنها لدى كافة السلطات والجهات الرسمية اللبنانية, ولدى كافة البنوك والاشخاص والشركات والمؤسسات اللبنانية, وذلك بموجب وكالة مؤرخة في 12/7/2001 واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
