ان القاضي العقاري في لبنان الشمالي بناء على محضر اختتام الاعمال تاريخ 18/3/968 وبما ان مهلة الثلاثين يوما المنصوص عنها في المادة 30 من القرار 186 تاريخ 15/3/36 قد انقضت وعملا بالمادة 22 من القرار المذكور يقرر اختتام عمليات التحديد والتحرير نهائيا في منطقة السفيرة
