­ في التعديل­ ان شركة Nortel Networks Global Corporation المسجلة بتاريخ 11 كانون الاول 1998 تحت رقم 2044 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 18/9/2000 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1281/ ت انها قررت الغاء المقررات المتعلقة بتعيين السيد عصام غنيمة بصفة مدير مكتب فرع الشركة في لبنان ويمنحه سند توكيل, على ان ينتج الالغاء مفاعيله ابتداء من 14 حزيران 1999, كما انها قررت تعيين السيد دافيد بالدوتشي .Mr David Balducci بصفة مدير الشركة في لبنان ابتداء من اول تموز 2000 واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
