­ في التعديل­ ان شركة Sensormatic Middle East Inc المسجلة بتاريخ 24 آب 1998 تحت رقم 2023 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل), قد صرحت بتاريخ 25/9/2000 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1298/ ت ان مجلس ادارة الشركة قد قبل استقالة السيد عبدو ملكي من وظيفته كمدير مكتب تمثيل الشركة في بيروت­ لبنان. كما انه قرر تعيين السيدة ليندا جوزيف صبغا Mrs. Lynda joseph Sabgha كمديرة لمكتب تمثيل الشركة في بيروت/ كما انه قرر تفويض السيدة Sabgha القيام بالمفاوضات من قبل الشركة مع المؤسسات الشرق اوسطية والافريقية فيما يتعلق بتوزيع اجهزة المراقبة وبكل ما يتعلق بهذا الموضوع. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
