بناء على القرار رقم 1392/ت الصادر في 14 كانون الاول سنة 1944 تخضع مادة كلورات البوطاس لنظام التوزيع المراقب : تعتمد الاسعار التي عمل بها مستوردوا كلورات البوطاس في عام 1944 الى ان تعدل هذه الاسعار من قبل اللجنة الاستشارية المختصة اذا لزم الامر.
