ان شركة Robert Fleming Holdings Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 10/01/1995 تحت رقم 972 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات قد صرحت بتاريخ 09/11/1998 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 787/ت انه نتيجة لاستقالة السيد دومينيك هربرت ممثل الشركة ومدير عام مكتب التمثيل في بيروت لبنان تقرر تعيين السيدة ريتا حداد ممثلة للشركة ومديرة للمكتب بدلا منه. كما تقرر الترخيص لوكيل الشركة في بيروت الاستاذ رفيق خليل الخوري بتقديم جميع الاستدعاءات والمستندات اللازمة للدوائر المختصة من اجل اتمام مهمة التعيين الجديد. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر. 11 تشرين الثاني 1998
