­ في التعديل ­ ان شركة بنكا دي روما Banca Di Roma المسجلة بتاريخ 25/10/1946 تحت رقم 22 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 04/11/1999 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1598/ انها قررت: 1­ نقل السيد Giovanni Maraschi من وظيفة مدير لفروعها في بيروت الى فرع البنك في فرانكفورت اعتبارا من 18/10/1999 . 2­ تعيين السيد Marco Tonelli مدير لعامة فروعها في بيروت اعتبارا من 30/08/1999 . 3- نقل السيد Franco Vittello كمعتمد استشاري اعتبارا من 1 آب 1999 . واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر. 10 تشرين الثاني 1999 مدير عام الاقتصاد والتجارة محمد الامين
