-في التعديل- ان مصرف اي. ان. جي. بنك ن.ف. ING Bank N.V المسجلة بتاريخ 02/11/1994 تحت رقم 965 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرح بتاريخ 30/10/1999 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1568/ت انه قد انهى صلاحيات السيد منير ليان ­ فرع بيروت من اجل تمثيل فرع المصرف في لبنان والذي اعطي له بتاريخ اول حزيران 1996 وذلك بموجب صك اعتبر انهاء الصلاحيات هذا نافذا بتاريخ 29 ايلول 1999 . واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر. 4 تشرين الثاني 1999 مدير عام الاقتصاد والتجارة محمد الامين
