ان القاضي العقاري في لبنان الشمالي بناء على محضر اختتام الاعمال تاريخ 31/5/1969 وبما ان مهلة الثلاثين يوما المنصوص عنها في المادة 30 من القرار رقم 186 تاريخ 15/3/1936 قد انقضت . وعملا بالمادة 22 من القرار المذكور يقرر اختتام عمليات التحديد والتحرير نهائيا في منطقة بيت أيوب العقارية.
