المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنع منعا باتا ولاشعار آخر استيراد وادخال الحيوانات , والمنتجات الحيوانية الصادرة من ايران وافغانستان او المارة عبر اراضي هذين البلدين الى لبنان, او مرورها عبر الاراضي اللبنانية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تستثنى من المنع المشار اليه في المادة الاولى من هذا القرار الحيوانات البحرية.

مادة 1: تعدل المادة الثانية من القرار رقم 158/1 تار يخ 5/7/1969 وتقرأ كما يلي: - يستثنى من المنع المشار اليه في المادة الاولى من هذا القرار: 1 - الحيوانات البحرية ومنتجاتها. 2 - الحيوانات والمنتجات الحيوانية المشحونة في الطائرات والبواخر لغير لبنان والتي لا تخضع لمراقبة ومعاينة موظفي الحجر الصحي البيطري اللبناني, شرط ان لا تنزل من وسائل نقلها الى الاراضي اللبنانية أو أن تتم عملية النقل عند الحاجة من طائرة الى طائرة او من باخرة الى باخرة دون ان تطأ الاراضي اللبنانية. والباقي بدون تعديل).

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
