ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة مؤسسة الإمارات ـ الخطوط الدولية لدولة الإمارات العربية المسجلة بتاريخ 14/8/1991 تحت الرقم 926 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع), قد صرحت بتاريخ 23/11/2002 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1064/ت, إنها عينت الشيخ ماجد عبد الله سلطان المعلا Sheikh Majid, Abdulla Sultan M. Al Mualla ليكون وكيلا للشركات يقوم بصلاحيات, باسمها ونيابة عنها, مدرجة في الوكالة المؤرخة في 22/10/2002 والمصدقة من وزارة الخارجية اللبنانية بتاريخ 5/11/2002, واشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر,
