ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة سوني الخليج م.م.ح. Sony Gulf FZE المسجلة بتاريخ 7/11/1997 تحت الرقم 1054 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع), قد صرحت بتاريخ 30/11/2002 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1062/ت, إن مجلس إدارة شركة سوني الخليج م.م.ح. اتخذ قرارا بتعديل موضوع عمل فرعه في لبنان إلى التالي: "تجارة كل واية الكترونيات, كومبيوتر والتجهيزات المتصلة بأجهزة الكمبيوتر, منتجات الإعلام التسجيلية وقطع غيارها, ألعاب ألكترونية والبرامج المتصلة بها من ماركة "Sony" ومن ماركة "Aiwa" وبصورة عامة, تجارة كل واي منتوجات تحمل اسم "سوني" و/أو "أيوا", وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر,
