ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Jp Morgan Bank المسجلة بتاريخ 8/7/1955 تحت رقم 200 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل) (فرع), قد صرحت بتاريخ 17/12/2003 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1121/ت أنها تطلب تصحيح العلم والخبر بالتعديل رقم 1898 تاريخ 3/10/2003 ليصبح كالآتي: إنه نتيجة دمج Morgan Guaranty Trust of New York في ومع The Chase Manhattan Bank فقد عدلت تسمية هذا الأخير بحيث أصبحت Jp Morgan chase bank وعينت السيد محمد علاف ـ نائب رئيس ـ وكيلها الحقيقي والقانوني ومنحنه صلاحية إلغاء مكتب تمثيل Morgan company of new york في بيروت, كما أنها ألغت وكالة المحامي جاك شكر الله المحترمة, وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
