ان شركة سامبورنا للاستثمارات Sampoerna Investment Corporation المسجلة بتاريخ 6/9/2002 تحت رقم 2220 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ مكتب تمثيل ـ قد صرحت بتاريخ 30/3/2005, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 3918/2005, بأنها قررت اقفال مكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان اعتبارا من 28/1/2005 واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
