ان شركة هوختيف ش.م. HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft المسجلة بتاريخ 01/12/1994 تحت رقم 967 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات - فرع - قد صرحت بتاريخ 30/03/2005 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 3920/2005 بانها قررت تعيين مدير جديد لفرع الشركة في لبنان هو السيد اولريش ايكلر M.
