علم وخبر رقم 1966 ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Essex chemie AG (Essex chemie Ltd) المسجلة بتاريخ 19/2/2003 تحت رقم 2230 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ مكتب تمثيل. قد صرحت بتاريخ 22/3/2005, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 3575/2005, بأن مجلس إدارة الشركة, خلال اجتماعه المنعقدة بتاريخ 21/2/2005 أقال السيد دايفيد ريل فارمن Mr. David Real ­ Firman من منصبه كممثل قانوني لمكتب تمثيله الشركة في بيروت وتجريده فورا من كافة الصلاحيات المعطاة إليه بالنيابة عن الشركة وعين السيد ارنو فاغير Mr. Arnaud Faguer ممثلا للشركة في لبنان بموجب توكيل يحدد صلاحياته مؤرخ في 21/2/2005 وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
