ان شركة Siemens A.G. المسجلة بتاريخ 8/1/1994 تحت رقم 944 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ فرع ـ قد صرحت بتاريخ 23/3/2005, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 3629/2005, بأنه تم تعيين السيد عبد الله طرباه Mr. Abdallah Tourbah ممثلا لها في لبنان, وذلك بموجب توكيل مؤرخ في 14/2/2005 والذي تنتهي مفاعيله في 31 /3/2006 واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
