في التعديل ان شركة Glaxo Smithkline Export Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 28/7/1998 تحت اسم Glaxo Wellcome Export Limited بالرقم 2018 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ مكتب تمثيل ـ, قد صرحت بتاريخ 5/1/2004, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 18/ت, بانها عينت الدكتور ماهر البكري بصفة مدير لها في لبنان ابتداء من 1/1/2003, وتكون مدة التعيين ثلاث سنوات. يكون مركز الدكتور البكري في لبنان لمدة التعيين, ويعمل بالتعاون مع موزعها المعين والقانوني شركة ابيلا اخوان. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
