ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة ميناجيت ش.م.ح. (ش.ذ.م.م.) Menajet FZC (L.L.C.) المسجلة بتاريخ 20/10/2003 تحت رقم 2257 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ فرع ـ. قد صرحت بتاريخ 24/12/2003, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1131/ت, بأنه تم تفويض السيد مازن عصام الحجار أو في حالة فشله في ذلك, أي من السيدين أمين يوسف رزق أو رياض محمد مكاوي, مجتمعين ومنفردين, لغرض تسيير الإدارة اليومية للمكتب الفرعي للشركة في بيروت, لبنان, وذلك بموجب وكالة مؤرخة في 24/11/ 2003. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
