ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Scottish Life International Insurance Company Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 18/12/2002 تحت رقم 2234 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ فرع ـ, قد صرحت بتاريخ 13/1/2004, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 41/ت, بأنه تقرر إقالة المدير العام والممثل القانوني العام الحالي لفرعها في لبنان السيد منذر وهبه Mr. Munzer Wehbe وتعيين السيد ستيفن دايفيد دينينغ Mr. Stephen David Dening مكانة كمدير عام وممثل قانوني عام, وذلك وفق القرار المؤرخ في 20/5/2003, وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
